What we charge

Htex does not collect or remit consular / visa-center fees. We only charge an information-technology service fee for software features such as checklists, diagnosis, templates, and form assistance. Consular fees must be paid separately to the official authority.

Refund process

  1. After a visa denial, upload the refusal proof on the order page and request a refund.
  2. Support reviews the request within 1 business day (09:00–21:00 UTC+8).
  3. Once approved, the platform service fee is returned to the original payment method in about 3–5 business days. Consular fee refunds follow official rules.
